We have been leasing to Tech students and other young people for over 5 years. We understand your needs and we try to provide them. We provide well maintained and updated homes near the Tech campus:

• Range and refrigerator furnished with each house
   
• Most houses have washer/dryer hookups
   
• Many have hardwood floors and dishwashers
   
• Leases signed for two years will receive a washer/dryer if hookups are available
   
• Cable connections available in all houses
   
• We do not allow pets
   
• Smoking is not allowed inside the houses
