Our association with Texas Tech began in 1928 when my father arrived in Lubbock as a Freshman! We are “dyed in the wool” Tech graduates and our children are Tech graduates! We are a family who owns and manages our own rental property. We have been leasing to Tech students and other young people for over 9 years. We understand your needs and we try to provide you with a clean, safe and well maintained housing experience while you are attending Tech! Our houses are updated and near the campus. We live in the area so we can get to you quickly if you have an emergency!

Most houses have central heating & air

Most houses have washer & dryer hookups

Many have hardwood floors & dishwashers

Leases signed for two years will receive a washer & dryer if hookups are available

Cable connections are available in all houses

We do not allow pets, but we have 2 Dogs & a 17-year old Bird who love visitors!

Smoking is not allowed inside the houses
